90-92 ECM Location?

Hey!

A buddy of mine got ahold of me and told me that his buddy had a GTA that apparantly had a TPI 350 in it sitting on his property. After he heard I was hunting for a chip, he called me up and told me that his buddy told my buddy that I (being my buddy's buddy, following that? ) could take the ECM from the GTA if it was still there

However, I have no idea where the ECM is located on those things. Is it behind the glove box? Behind the pass side kick panel?

Any help would be appreciated!

Russ

I have a 92 Z28 w/a 350 and the ECM is in the passenger seat side underneath the dash. There are about 3 or 4 screws to unscrew to remove the cover that covers underneath and then it is mounted vertically right in plain view. I took my ECM out recently because I removed my Jet Chip (Stage 2) and installed a custom burned prom. You said you wanted a chip? $50 bucks if you want my used Jet Chip, I can get the part # to you if interested. Hope that helps ya!

Does that JET chip have the EST stuff installed on it?

I couldn't care less about the prom, that all needs to be changed anyways. However, I want the limp mode and EST stuff for a 350, not a 305.

If it does, and you're willing to ship it to me here in Canada for that price, I'll shoot you a PM if I find out that the GTA had a 5.0 instead, or if the ECM is gone.
