Yep, all my dealings with them have been quite pleasing as well. Getting more parts from them next week as well.
As far as getting a custom prom - in general - you can just about count on having to take the next step and get into prom burning your self. It is
extremely difficult for anyone to do a custom prom remotely, especially if you have lots of mods. To get it "right" you have to go thru many iterations of burn a prom, data log it, make changes and burn another one, data log it, make changes and burn another one, etc.
Some folks are never satisfied and have been trying to get it "right" for months and years (like me). Of course, "right" is a relative term. I've seen lots of custom chips that get you in the neighborhood on your basic tune so it's driveable, etc., but the best performance will only come with the many iterations do-it-yourself tuning method, IMO.
