I'm asking will there be a noticeable difference when swapped. my friends 24's are bad and I have a set of extremly low mileage 22lb per hr injectors I have offered to him for free.
will his car run fine? his car 1990 TPI 350 (speed density) bone stock engine. Will his 727 ecm react weird to the swap? will his stock prom work with these injectors? will the car run lean at all? most importantly these are bosche injectors not sure what his Y-body has in it ... will they mount up fine and are they the same impedance as his stock injectors?
need to know what all might go wrong. my friend just doesnt have the money since he just paid 4500 repairing other stuff on the car.
here are my injector numbers, they were originally ordered for a VIN #8 car, can anyone confirm these are really 350 injectors. D15708A or they are D1570BA

thanks for the help
Yes, #8 is for a 350 car. I was under the impression that all third gen with a 350 came with 22lbs injectors. In 93 with the new LT1 the injectors where up graded to 24#. But if I'm wrong just set the fuel pressure to 10 psi higher and it should run fine.

well his car isn't a f-body it's a vette so it came with 24's .... I also want to make sure by the parts number on my injectors these are in fact 350 injectors
Ok, I've done lots of reading on the number D1570BA a few say they are 19lb per hr. however the greater majority say they are in fact delphi 24's and flow 23.92lbs per hr. at 43.5 psi ..... it says they are 16.2 ohm injectors
so should these work in his car fine and is the greater majority right in saying these are 24lb injectors LOL
Just an update on this so people don't have to respond.
These injectors are actually 87-88 lucas 24lb/ph ... his car had dying multec injectors guess in desperation he was dumping alot of injecdtor cleaner through the car since it had been sitting many years and managed to kill the Multecs.
