I'm not exactly sure, but I'll take a shot at it. I'd say you're either way overfilling the gas tank or the canister purge solenoid is not opening and sending the fuel vapors to the engine, thereby allowing the canister to fill with liquid fuel and leak, so you could pull the canister and see if the bottom of the housing is cracked. Anyone else? How much is it leaking?
it does it even when the gas tank has a quarter tank, so that rules out the overfilling idea, and i unbolted the canister, and wiped out the bottom, and put in a new filter, it doesnt look cracked or damaged.

oh yeah, after i cleaned it all out, i ran the car for like 15 minutes, in my driveway, and it didnt leak, but after i took it for a ride, there was gas coming out of the bottom, its not leaking a whole lot, but whenever i park it i get a puddle on the ground,

Option #2 - Canister purge solenoid not operating correctly and sending the fuel vapors to the engine to be burned. Therefore, they collect in the canister and condense, leaking out the bottom. Check the hoses and the solenoid.
