help...engine missfire

engine started missing after running fine and sitting for an hour while i was at class. i have new wire and o2 sensor and replaced collapsed vacuum tube the other day (from the T at the cruise control to back of engine compartment) i had been getting a code 32 intermittently after driving about an hour, and have noticed a lack of power in the last two weeks. i checked the wire connections to the plugs and all were good. so i checked for a misfire by pulling the wires off of the distributor and the only cly. not affecting the idle was #1. check again by disconnecting power to injectors and got same result. replaced the plugs and checked the spark at the plug side of the wire.. all were good but engine still misses. can anyone offer any help finding the problem? thanks.

It seems as if you have a TPI motor, but since you have spark at the #1 plug wire (and with a new plug, I'll assume through the plug as well) you're eith missing fuel (bad injector) or air (bad valve).

Maybe run a compression check first, then think about have the injector serviced.
