whys my car bucks at a stop

i just got my 350 in a couple of months ago. ever since then after it gets warmed up and i come to a stop and try to go again it bucks real bad and feels like its cutting out and loses all power. if i floor it it'll run fine until i let off the gas and then it'll continue to buck. this usally last for about a minute or 2 and then runs fine and quits bucking

Hows your volts? Like your alternator? Did you check your fuel pressure? Plugs, wires, cap, rotor, maybe your coil?
Id check all the basic things 1st.
Now you said just got a 350......what ECM are you using? That could be another thing.
