iac motor/super ram question

When I start my car, the idle jumps around a couple hundred rpm, and sometimes revs up to 1300ish in park, from the 1000 it is set at. I just replaced the o2 sensor, entire ignition is new. TPS seems fine. No vacuum leaks. What happens when the IAC goes bad?

Also, Im trying to sell my super ram plenum and runners, it could use new gaskets, has less than 10 miles on it, one 1/4" 12pt bolt missing. How much should I try to get for it?

Can you guys tell me the symptoms of a bad IAC?? My car doesn't idle with it disconnected, so I can't set it right. It idles alright, but too low with it connected.

This isn't really tech.. but we put the 350 in the el camino and the 305 in the camaro, so I don't have a use for it. Im moving to college in 2 days to further complicate things. I put up an ad in the classifieds but apparently it didn't work, even though I can edit it.. I was going to ask 600 obo.

I got the car to idle with the IAC connected, and adjusted the tps.. the idle still doesn't want to stay right though, and jumps around a lot. I guess its just the cam though.
