Need help with fuel pump wiring

Today I tried to start my car and all it did was crank. Went to check the fuel pressure and there was none. Went to the pump and checked the ohms of it and they were at 4.5. Checked for power at the thru body connector in the rear, no power. Went to the fuse had power to the fuse and a good fuse. Went to the relay no power, also no power at the oil pressure sensor or the ECM on the C16 wire. Good contanuity between the relay and the ECM. Tried to find a problem with the wire from the fuse to the ECM. I have contanuity between the fuse and the ECM on D16 which doesnt make sense because that is for injectors 2,4,6,8. So I am stuck. I had a spare ECM laying around that I know is good so I tried to swap it just to see if I was lucky, no help there. So I ask for the thoughts of all you third gen people out there. Help me. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for everything in advance.

Re: Need help with fuel pump wiring

Apply 12v to pin G of the ALDL terminal ( Left Lower corner). That should cause the Fuel Pump to run. If you hear the pump running, you know the pump is good. That would leave the Relay and the Oil Pump Switch to check. The ECM only powers the Relay for 2 seconds at startup, so if you hear the pump run with Pin G above, but not when you turn the key on, then it may be the relay or wiring to the relay. The Oil Switch comes into play once you have pressure. No oil pressure, no power to pump. A loose or broken wire here could also cause problems, if the relay checks out OK.
