So i have a stock 305 which i do plan on cranking up a bit. In the future i plan on putting a cam, but want to just change out the roller rockers mean while. What size should i go with and what brand do yall prefer?

i always trust Comp. they make awesome stuff. and not only do they sell full roller rockers, but also you can just get roll tipped rockers. try and get 1.6 ratio, itll be like making your camshaft alittle bigger.

but in terms of full roller, or roller tip. arguments go both ways, all you really need is the roller tip to maintain the correct geometry and to avoid rocker and valve wear.

but on the second hand, full roller will reduce friction, by how much? i dont know, SOME! i guess thats the answer i can give you. but if you wanna save some cash id say the roller tips is the way to go. but if you plan on going to a bigger motor later on perhaps its smarter to splurge alittle on some nice rockers?

mines came stock, it was a specific rpo number, but they do feel pretty nice, i was thinking the same, perhaps going to 3.73's but i wanna maintain some of my fuel economy seeing as how its not so good already.

currently i have, accell brute thunder coil, edelbrock headers, 3 inch Y pipe to high flow cat, 3 inch exhaust to hooker muffler with dual exits. hurst dual gate shifter, rebuilt transmission with corvette servo. with slight port work on the TPI.
