injector size?

i was just woundering how do you tell what poundage your injectors are. is there a number or mark that can tell you

I don't know how to tell by looking but for a stock 5.7 you need 22# injectors

The only real way to tell is take the number that is stamped or printed on the injector and then try and crossreference it. There are some sites that list specs by part number just try googling it.

I believe your original injectors would be the Multec units built by GM, not a very reliable piece in general. They are usually gray in color.

Hi Steve, if you can get the numbers off of the injectors, and tell me what kind of horsepower you are running, I can tell you what size the injectors are.

ok so on this one there are 2 different numbers on the 2 sides first side is:
0 280 150 561 there is also a 957 on the plug and a 391 in the corner

on the other side is says:
fote-9f593-d9b they are pink purple in color at the top and they are ford brand

They are 22lb injectors at 43.5psi
