LB9 w/Hotcam & S/R Torquer's

Does anyone have this combo? I have a 305TPI motor here that I want to play with. Pretty much stock/rebuilt bottom end with ported S/R Torquer heads, stock TPI with supporting mods with exhaust/free mods/etc. Would the Hotcam work good? Is there any other cams out there that would be more suited? I'll be using a WCT5 behind the LB9 with my current 9 bolt 3.70's. Thanks!

PS. It's awesome getting back into the TPI game!

i'd stay smaller than that for a cam, like a real LT4 cam or maybe a zz4 cam, the hotcam is gonna push the rpm's in that 305 a little higher than the tpi can support

I'm still up in the air about the cam but it will most likely be the ZZ4/LT1/LT4 cam. Nothing huge. Just something to have fun with. This will most likely be turned into a fun driver/AutoX car. I was going to run 1.5 rockers too. Torquer heads have 986 springs already on them.

Since you already have those heads I'd say ZZ4 for sure!
