| Re: A.I.R. pump removal I've done it.. if you aren't replacing the stock manifolds the biggest pita is cutting and sealing up the holes that all the tubes go to. i basically left about an inch of tube sticking up and crushed/rolled it down to seal it off until i threw headers on. you also want to plug the line into your catalytic converter. the pump comes off easy, the selenoids and rubber lines come off easy.. the only thing that i couldn't remove was the line that runs behind the engine as i couldn't get a wrench onto one of the bolts that hold it in place. i can't remember (its been some time) but i think i had to get a little bit shorter belt... hopefully someone else can pipe in on that one.
