W.O.T. settings for a 383 T.P.I.

Ok,
I need help with setting my T.P.S. / I.A.C.(at least this is what I'm assuming) The car runs fine idles in park at 8-900rpm and about 750rpm in gear. It cruises fine but when I go W.O.T. at either a stop or cruising, its fine up til right before it shifts gears and it bogs down/stumbles then its good til the next shift comes up and it does it again. My current T.P.S. IS AT .58, I've been screwing around with this for weeks now and I 'm not getting any where. So any ideas suggestions etc. would be great cause I'm out of ideas. I also don't know if this matters or not but its hard to start when its warm, even to the point were it won't start til it cools off.
I'm assuming because of the amount of additional cubic inches and the larger intake and fuel set up that I have I can't go with stock settings.
My stats are below!

383 L98 TPI

Stock plenum ported/simeased for the runners and throttle body

Edelbrock intake manifold and runners ported and simesed

Edelbrock Performer heads ported 64cc & 160/202 intake/exhaust

Re: W.O.T. settings for a 383 T.P.I.

I'm using a custom chip made by Ed Wright at Fast Chip.com
The problem is he came right out and told me he's not too familiar with TPI's, and knows more about LT1's and LS1's.
So I was hoping that some one on this board could give me ideas/advise on what I need to do.

Re: W.O.T. settings for a 383 T.P.I.

Ok just an update!
after talking to a couple of different sources I was told I may have a bad coil (weak spark), or I'm losing fuel pressure at w.o.t. So I have a MSD Blaster Coil on order, since my last one died on me and I've been using my old stock coil. And I was told hook up my fuel pressure gauge and mount it so I can watch it and go w.o.t. and see if the gauge shows a drop in fuel pressure, which would indicate the problem.
Still open for other suggestions though!

Re: W.O.T. settings for a 383 T.P.I.

Well I put in a MSD high performance coil and though I still need to do a test drive, the engine feels stronger and more responsive.
My question now is can the coil actually change my settings on my t.p.s./i.a.c.? Cause I was playing with it last nite, and I actually had to lower my t.p.s. setting to about .40! Is this normal? I'm going to reset everything to basic hopfully tonite and try to dial it in.
