You mentioned improving the entire fuel system from tank to injectors. Maybe blockage somewhere in that new install. Debris from the tank, Teflon tape (if used ?), metal bur in connection somewhere, crushed fuel line, faulty fuel pump, faulty regulator? Good Luck
