tpi computer help

ok, i need to know if the computer for a tpi 350 primes the fuel pump for startup. and keeps the fuel pump running while the engine is running. the reason im asking is because the tan wire that goes to the fuel pump in my car ground out yesterday. and now the fuel pump wont prime or even kick on. hence, i'm out of my daily driver. . and is it possible i fried the computer?

Re: tpi computer help

It's more likely you blew the fuel pump fuse (which is in different locations depending on what year your car is).

It should be in a loose in-line fuseholder laying next to the battery (sloppy...).
