no oil pressure when stopped

Just bought a 305 tpi formula and i have around 20-30 when driving and 0 at a light when stopped and my ses light comes on and everything i am worried bc my work is 70 miles round trip and i wanna eventually make this my daily driver (already has alot of miles so idc) I read on here while searching sometimes they have negative crankcase pressure to let ring sit but idk if thats true any help will be appriciated thanks

it could be a simple oil pressure sending unit issue.
buy a cheap mechanical gauge, or replace the sensor.
problem persists, its going to be worn oil pump, cam bearings, or main bearings.
doesnt sound like it needs to be your DD at the current time.

na i still got my dd as another car but i wanna check it with an oil pressure check (forget the name friend has it) but it might be my oil pump my oil pans pretty banged up so i guess it might have damaged the oil pump i wanna buy a new one anyway so if the problem persists then its the gauge

cut your oil filter apart with tin snips and see if its full of bearing matireal
