350 LT-1

My dad has an engine that was in a 55 bel air that he parted out just sitting around and it has low miles on it less then 40k. I finally was thinking about swapping it into my 86 Z28 Camaro. My dad and I had thought it was just a standard 350 from a 70's truck or something.

Anyways today I looked up the #'s on the block and they are 3932386, and it looks that that is the LT-1 350 they put in the camaros, the date code says it is from 68. It said they had anywhere from 300 to 350 hp, and somewhere around 380ft\lbs of torque, what kind of power do you think it would make with my TPI on it?

Also what all do I need to swap it over?
here is what I think I need so far:
injectors
350 prom
knock sensor
esc
new gaskets for intake
flexplate
I need to get a complete exhaust too, the stock y pipe is crumpled

As with any TPI setup the intake is going to increase torque andd lower the Hp.

Re: 350 LT-1

i pulled the valve cover off to get the head castings too and there the 487's.

The cam is probably the same as whatever was stock in those.

What kind of numbers would this put down?
what injectors should i buy since i have to buy them?
