305 TPI with a miniram anyone?

Anyone put a miniram on a basically stock 305? Can the 305 flow enough to support?

Thinking of getting a miniram and building up my 305 around it. (No, I do not want a 350) Is it worth it, or should I try the LT1 retrofit swap?

Dont want the stealth ram because of the clearance issues. Cant find a thread on here that deals with the 305

I didnt want to go to the 350 either so i built a 327 instead and im very happy with it. Doesnt seem to have the same throttle response but above 2200 to about 6500 it seems to have tons of power

Re: 305 TPI with a miniram anyone?

Before going into a ram air, you'll need to let it exhaul correctly. re-doing the exaust alone will give you more horses. Start with the exaust headers. Then go with the Holley Ram Air. Here are a set of good headers along with the Stove pipes (smog tubes) but, they are a bit pricey

WOW. No need to yell at me bro. Im sure you've made a mistake before. I understand that we sometimes we dont get things right because we are either in a rush or even because of lack of attention, but how did it go from you (vetteoz) helping me with my vacuum line to yelling at me? No insult intended but excuse me, I guess Ill walk myself out of this thread. Kick rocks, kick rocks, kick rocks.

Re: 305 TPI with a miniram anyone?

Well car is a 87 GTA trans am, with Hooker headers and a 3" Borla catback open pipe, no cats. Also have a cold air intake and for what its worth an airfoil lol.

No worries on the stealth ram still good info and that was my other pick, but dont want to cut my hood. Thanks for the read anyways
