Check engine light on Engine Stumbling

Hey guys I need some help im no where near new o camaros but I am to fuel injection. I have a 1991 z28 w/ a 305 TPI, The check engine light has recently come on and the computer is spitting a code 44. The car will run and idle if you listen closely you canr hear the "misfire" in the exhaust and the car will stumble not much but slightly at partial throttle. the car runs like a champ though whenever you stomp it. The injectors and o2 sensors have been replaced. The code from what I can tell can indicate low fuel pressure, bad o2 sensors, bad, map sensor, or a bad ECM. oh also the car has no trouble starting. Any and all help would be appreciated because im at a loss. Thanks

Re: Check engine light on Engine Stumbling

sounds like a compromised plug wire, check your wires, at night with no light open the hood with it running, you'll see it if there is a bad wire. The engine light could be triggered by the o2 sensor throwing a fit because the misfire. could even be timing slightly off, just a hunch
