stalling on rite turns only

for some reason my tpi swapped el camino started givin me a problem recently. After I finally got around to pulling my trans and putting back in after putting on a gasket and a good VSS so I can have tcc. I took it for a ride and it was fine, but timing was off. I adjusted the timing and then it started stalling on rite turns and throwing a code 42. I know this code is spark fault. I set the timing at 6* which I had it on before the trans fix and it ran beautifly. does anybody have an Idea on what this is cause im SO stumped?

I'm with battman, I'd look into that fuel pressure on turns...

Re: stalling on rite turns only

Might be ur steering column. Is it real loose. That's a common problem with our f bodies. Its just annoying for most people but for me it made my car stall or appear to stall. Whenever I turned right in a parking lot the engine would stop running. The column had gotten so loose that when I turned the wheel the whole column moved to the right and knocke the switch out of the run position to the on position. Took me a while to figure it out. Bought a new column and never happened again. But u can also just tighten up the four bolts waaaaaaaaay in the back of the column. There's a couple threads on the site on how to do it. But to test it just sit in the car with it running and pull the steering wheel hard form side to side to see if it turns off.
