Can double gasket plus rtv sealant fix an .075" gap?

Can double gasket plus rtv sealant fix an .075" gap?
Is an .075" gap too much to fix? It's on the passenger side rear runner tube... I've worked real hard to port and glass blast these runners, and I don't want to have to junk them.
Could I double gasket the entire intake and use gasket maker on the one gasket to ensure proper sealing?
