Go ahead and do that. Id'e rather not tear up the back end of the weather pack. Everyone's got a method but personally, I like like the $20 part. Plus,,,,,, I can afford it.
I'd try the paper clip method, but I dont want to destroy the rubberized back of the connector. But I think I may go with the link that you provided me with. Thanks for the link bro.
You could make one yourself for less than half the price with some replacement connectors from the parts store.
YUP! I agree with you. As a matter a fact, I already bought the neccessary parts at ebay for just $3.50 with free shipping ( http://motors.shop.ebay.com/csccmdpa...=1&_from=&_ipg= ). All I gotta do is acquire some wire, strip and solder 3 jumper wires or T- tap the wire, run the wire into the weather pack ends and done. T-tap connectors are those below in the picture.

It sure looks like those are just the plug halves... I see no mention of the terminals or the rubber boots that seal the plugs. You can buy the complete connectors at most parts stores assembled with a couple inches of wire pigtail.
Yeah but this is strictly to adjust the TPS. Im not leaving the home made harness connected anyways. I had so much trouble plugging in wires only for them just to fall out while making adjustments to the TPS. I just got tired of it. So even if these connectors dont have the rubber boots, it'll make my adjustments that much easier.
Just arrived today. Everything is included such as the metal tube/needle and the little rubber backing that supports the wires inside the connection housing.
