odd no start issue when cold....
Well it seems my car will not start when it is cold.the car ran fine till I drove home in the rain one day and shut it off and went start it back up the next day and nothing. I have spark and I have fuel pressure 45 when the car sits for like 1 hour it will not start back up. If I spray starting fluid in it it will fire right back up and running fine. I have already tried a new ECM and also a coil module. I've been ripping my hair out for about a week on this and cannot figure it out.when it is running it is putting out a couple codes 21 and 22 which are TPS codes. Any help would be much appreciated.

Could be your cold start injector, or it's sensor is bad. Do a search for "cold start" or "9th" injector, there have be a number of discussions about this posted previously.

Re: odd no start issue when cold....
I was looking at my TPS manual trouble shooting. It says that when the codes 21 22 are set, the ECM uses default values. Could it be be that it's interfering with the normal injector settings needed for cold start? I'm assuming you did the ECM mod for the cold start injector delete. I don't know much about that mod, but I would think it would still need input from the coolant temp sensor to work. I would check that sensor and also track down the problem with the TPS.

Yeah tps did not fix it. Is there something that fires the injectors while cranking? It runs great when it starts. It will start when is warm but once it cools,no start till I spray starting fluid.
