Where to get the pre-made breather hose?

Where to get the pre-made breather hose?
I uploaded an example image with the hose I need circled, I found it doing a search of the forum here.
The diameter off the breather valve is different from the diameter of the throttle body side. I couldn't find an adapter from one size to the other at any auto parts stores, I'd rather not ghetto rig it anyway.
Does anyone know where I can get this pre-made passenger side breather hose for a 1990-1992 MAP TPI setup?
Thanks!
Alex

Re: Where to get the PCV hose?
I replaced all my vacuum along with my PCV hose with Hose Techniques hoses. Fitment was my choice. I hope you find what you're looking for. Adios.

Re: Where to get the PCV hose?
Thanks for the suggestion, I'll check out what they make...
So just to be clear, the PCV is 11/32 and goes into the 15/32 throttle body. The size difference is so great, that right now I have the 11/32 hose going inside a length of 15/32 hose, the outer diameter of one fits into the inner diameter of the other.
No way you could slip an 11/32 hose over a 15/32 fitting, plus the 15/32 is crazy loose on the 11/32 fitting, even a hose clamp wouldn't do anything.
I want to restore this back to stock and not keep running this mickey mouse one hose into another thing.
Thanks! Alex

Re: Where to get the PCV hose?
PCV valve is on drivers side valve cover, its a straight shot to the plenum.
You are looking for the breather and line that is located on the passenger valve cover according to you picture and what you outlined.
That might help you in your search endeavours
Try dealer sources first, its not a wear/maintenance item, if that doesn't go anywhere try and of the thirdgen vendors who part out cars, I'm sure they have some in good shape.

Re: Where to get the PCV hose?
The breather (fresh air) side of the PCV system (passenger side VC) is two hard lines and a 90-degree rubber connector on the VC end and a short piece of molded hose on the TB end.
The VC grommet is towards the rear of the engine and not the front.
The PCV valve in the driver's side VC is located towards the front of the engine and is connected to the lower intake manifold with a length of molded hose.
This is the way it runs on my engine. GM might have changed it in later years.
