Help Needed!! - TPS Voltage wont reach max at WOT
Hey gents and ladies,
Ive got a code 22, TPS issue. Volted it out and found initially voltage at idle of .36 and WOT of 3.5...So naturally adjusted idle voltage up to .54 and checked WOT..still 3.5.
I have been having issues with stalling at lower speed, a cam-like rough idle (would love to keep that haha), running rich, and stumbling and stuttering at higher RPMS. Is a TPS replacement needed? Any other ideas? just put in a new coolant temp, iac, and o2.
As always, thanks in advance for any help.

Re: Help Needed!! - TPS Voltage wont reach max at WOT
Just something quick to check while your in there, the ECM supplies 5V to the sensor and the TPS sensor is just a voltage divider that feed some % of that voltage back to the ECM. As stated the TPS sensor's resistance may not vary as it should, but it will never work right if the ECM is not supplying the 5V reference or if it does not have a good ground. Check to make sure you have 5V coming from the ECM and a good ground.
