| To be blunt, it is a pain in the ***, I do not think you need any special tools. But you will need to take off exhaust and suspension. If you have any old GM High-Tech Performance magazines laying around they have some pictures of replacing the fuel pump, in the Jan. 2001 issue. Once you get the gas tank down it is easy, it is just hard to get down.
