TPI Problem HELP!!!!!

I've been having problems when accelerating, and it feels like alot of turbulence and that the engine is missing big time. Just replaced the O2 sensor, spark plugs, fuel filter, cleaned the injectors and throttle body adn put new gaskets on the runners and intake manifold. It STILL makes this truly bad noise, and shakes the whole car and sometimes almost cuts out at really slow speeds, thought it was hoses so replaced all vacuum hoses i could see. Any suggestions? I really need some help with this!

Check to see if the plug wires are in the correct order. That would definetely make the car miss. then I would check to see if there are any codes. Then I would check the timing. I would recommend adjust the timing to about 6 degrees to get a good baseline if the timing is off

It all seemed to work fine until i replaced the little odd shaped valve with 3 openings (near the left of engine / distributor cap)and replaced all of the hoses to it. Prior i had a screw plugged in them, and the valve was broken.
