Vette Stall converter???

what is the stall (rpm) on a tpi vette stall converter and how much do they usually go for new and used????thanks

I think they stall at 2100 rpm. You can get an S-10 Torque converter P/N 24202310 which has a 2200 stall : $168.00 + $30.00 Core. From www.gmpartsdirect.com Which is what Im going to do.

Vega convrters have a stall somewhere around 3000-3500 depending in vehcile, engine, ect. They are strong enough to hold up to a big block too.

The 24202310 is for S10's 94-1/2 to 95 with 4.3L. The 85 Vette converter is pn 24201203.

I'd like to know the stall on the torque converter from a 4 cyclinder S10 also. Anyone have any Idea?

When my transmission was rebuilt last nov. I put a vette converter and servo in mine. Im happy with it.

Its for a 93 vette and said to stall at 2200.
Part# 24202174 , cost me 181.50 + core.
