700-R4 convert to T-56

Can anyone give me a reliable place to order a new crossmember that is required to convert a 700-R4 in an 86' Camaro to a T-56? Also is there any parts that I am going to need other then: T-56 Transmission, clutch assembly, bellhousing, flywheel, pedal assembly, crossmember? And finally I dont know if the 700 tach hookup is mechanical or electrical so can someone tell me if it is mechanical how to hook it up to the new transmission?

Thanks

I'm about to do the T56 swap next week when it comes in. As for the crossmember I suggest the Spohn crossmember. Also if you want you can buy the crossmember with the adjustible torque arm on it. The price is pretty good and the quality is great. Looking at your list your also gonna need the clutch master and slave cylinders. I'm not sure on the tach subject though.

yeah speedo is usually the big PITA when doing a tranny swap, 86 camaro still has a mechanical speedo, so if your T56 is set up mechanical, make sure you have the right speedo gearing for your rear gears/tire size..if its set up for an electronic speedo, ugh
