In the February 2003 issue of Hot Rod, on page 14, they are announcing that GM is bringing out a 6 speed auto with 2 overdrive gears.

Now THAT is going to be the cat's meow!

Until we get CVT.

Probably very large....or is too weak, one or the other. Well, or maybe using exotic materials lol

Basically a auto t56 wide ratio overdriven 5th and 6 th

I'm just thinking what nut on this board is going to put the V-12 and a 6 speed auto in his Camaro.

I'd rather have a close ratio 6 speed with a single overdrive.

if anyone was wondering that is not the first or only 6 speed auto on the market (or soon to be anyways). jaguar has one. just a f.y.i.
