700R4- Drive stay engaged in nutral?

Hello, I have an 88' Camaro, 350, 700r4. The car was sitting for about a year, and now I am driving it again and noticed when I am at a stop and put the car in nutral and rev the engine, the car moves, also when I'm on the highway, I put the car in nutral and rev the engine and you feel the car go faster. Could this be Transmission Pressure related?

Thankyou in advance

How about park? Does it try and lurch foward if you rev it in park? Does it bind up in reverse?
