Hurst shifter for TKO

Just a heads up. i ordered a hurst shifter for a mustang with a 3550 to install in my car and i was surprised to find that the mustang stick actually fits out cars. Its not perfect, its a little short (shorter throw) and a bit too far to the right (i'm finding it works better this way) but it does work. The only other catch is its threaded for a 12mm x 1.75 knob (stock mustang piece) but i had a hurst stick with a 7/16 thread and ball on it before the new shifter so i just drilled it out and retapped it. the hurst works great! its really fast and tight compared to the stock tremec one. I removed one of the centering springs from each side and i'm loving it.
