thm200C: is it a kickdown or TV cable ?

is the cable on the thm200C technically a TV cable or simply a kickdown cable ?
I.E. would it be safe to temporarily drive a thm200C with cable not connected?

need to know because i put one such tranny from the 82 t/a behid a 69 truck 250ci engine i a 78 shorty pickup ad i have to much left to figure out cept the tranny cable ad get the custom rear U-joint installed too since the drivesahft is 84 caprice one

It is a TV Cable. I found this from Pro-Built (Dana).

FYI: I reused my TV Cable from my 200C on a 700-R4.
