Help identifying 4-speed manual trans

I posted this over in the History section as well, but maybe thats the wrong spot. I acquired a transmission when I bought my 84 Camaro and I'm trying to identify it. Its a cast iron case 4 speed, external linkage, and it has what looks to be a torque arm mount. The numbers on the trans are 14030974 and 6261888. Is this an 82 F-body 4 speed or something else?

Definately a Saginaw 4-speed. It's the only cast iron trans with a torque arm mount. Not the hot ticket for strength.

How much power can they handle? Not much.

What are they worth? See above.
