Help Hooking up turbo 350 kickdown cable!!

I have a holley 700cfm double pumper carb and a turbo 350 tranny and I have no idea how I am supposed to hook up the kickdown cable?? Is there an adapter I need to use so that I can hook it up? I know there is an adapter to connect a 700r4 TV cable to this carb but would it work for the kickdown on my turbo 350 as well??

FYI You don't need to hook up the kickdown cable if don't want, it won't hurt the tranny.

You should be able to go to any parts store that carries Holley items, Holley offers a package that comes with all different sorts of cable connections that will fit the holes in the throttle bracket of the carb-think I paid $12 or so for it, been a long time, just a matter of picking which one out of the assortment will hook up to the detent cable of the TH350. In the past when hooking this up, I found it easier to just get a universal detent cable from the tranny shops so I could adjust the length and actually get it to "kick down". This does involve removing the pan though, so try just hooking it up first before you dig in deeper than you may have too.

What IHI said.... it's an extra little linkage piece that screws onto the carb. I don't think it's the same one as for a 700 but I could be wrong. There's a couple of different styles of cable ends for 350s, so make sure the linkage you get matches the cable you have.

Alright I found some parts that SHOULD work...here is the turbo 350 kickdown cable manifold bracket http://www.holley.com/HiOctn/ProdLin...SCA/20-45.html and then here is the stud that the cable SHOULD mount to http://www.holley.com/HiOctn/ProdLin...SCA/20-40.html
