t5 rebuild instructions needed!!!

I was wondering if anyone knew where to find a manual or dvd on rebuilding a t5. I should be recieving my g-force dog ring syncro kit w/ hardened main shaft soon and putting it in an empty wc case. I will still be driving my car with the non wc t5 till I get the g-force kit installed in the wc case so I won't be able to look at it.
