Need help with torque converter/flexplate combo

I'm pulling out my turbo 350 tranny since I blew it the other night. the front pump is dumping fluid like a faucet. I'm rebuilding it with a TCI Pro Super Transmission Overhaul, the one they claim is used in their streetfighter tranny's. I also plan on switching over to a full manual valve body with reverse shift pattern.

I figured since all of this is going on I would go ahead and pull my hideously slow stock speed converter and put in a 2800-3000 stall speed converter. My thing is I don't know how many teeth or what bolt pattern flexplate I currently have. How do I figure this out? The tranny and motor will be out of the car.

Also if anyone can recommend a better rebuild kit for around the same price please do so. I want the tranny to hold 500hp.

Measure the flexplate. 14" = 168 tooth, 12.75" = 153 tooth.

TH350's came with both the large and small converter bolt pattern. Measure from the center of the flexplate/converter to the mount bolt, double it - I don't know the measurement off the top of my head but if it's close to 10" I believe that would be the small pattern.
