Slave Cylinder Mounting?

Hey Everyone,
I am putting a T5 in my 91 RS. The swap kit that I got didnt come with any hardware to mount the slave cylinder. How does it mount? Does it just have a nut & bolt on each side of it, or does it have a fancy u-bolt like the master cylinder? The Tranmission bellhousing & the slave cylinder both have holes in them without any threads.

Thanks,
Mark B
