best transmission rebuild kit?

There are a few complete TCI and B&M kits, and then a GM master rebuild kit- what do you guys recommend? I noticed the B&M one was $40 more just for the instruction booklet lol

mods in sig, 138k on the odometer.

Word is, Pro built has the best, most complete kit. I believe it is over $500 though. I usually use an Alto deluxe kit and add a 3/4 8 disc kit. Corvette servo and a shift kit round it out. I use the b&m kit, others seem to prefer trans go shift kit.
