good t5 replacement

My is my best replacement option for my car. I have a 91 z28 with a 4bbl 383. About 500hp 450lbs of tourque. I know the t5 wont hold up. I want to keep to keep it a manual trans. Is a t56 my only option. The easiest to bolt in would really help.

You could have the T5 built w/ stronger internals (like G-Force)and it would be a direct swap. Or you could do the T56 swap, even a TKO swap, those might require slight modification. But if its already a manual then its gonna be easy. Its the auto to manual swap thats a PITA.
