Posi not working

My posi well actually limited slip has been working fine and now all of a sudden if i do a burn out im only pullin one leggers. Could low gear oil cause this or is my diff broken ? i jacked the car up yesterday and spun the tires and didn't here any noise coming from the diff. I did replace the diff cover not to long ago i added limited slip fluid and filled it up with gear oil.

well no.1 it's probably the clutches i think thats what it has or the springs in the center of the carrier. if you want to get a little more life out of it change your rear oil and dont add the l-s additive. it's meant to make the clutches slip... must likely you'll have to get a new one or take it apart and replace the clutches. and i believe eatons are factory in the ls1 cars
