TC Lockup question

1991 t/a 305 tpi. I'm starting to wonder all these little things i've notice might not be a fried chip....

ok. Cruzin down the road and the TC locks up, as soon as i take my foot off gas it unlocks... I don't feel that is normal. And what i've read people have noticed the same thing when they don't have a speedo hooked up. Now my speedo works but wondering if maybe i get signal to my speedo but not the ecm....

Also i get into a 25 zone and i'm in D it will shift from 2nd to 3rd and lockup right away. Now if i'm accelerating it won't but say i drop from 35 to 25 and go to give it gas. It locks, i have to pull it into second to keep it from shifting to 3rd adn locking up

Suggestions?????

just FYI I got 1 injector reading low on ohms ( my miss )
I think Fuel pump is going out. It sometimes growls worse then a mountain lion with blue balls

really cause it 25 it drop and 3rd gear locked up it drops me to like 800 or less rpm and dogs the hell out of my car. Figured it would wait a little longer to lock up
