TCC not working correctly?

The lockup does engage but it only drops my rpms by a 100. Is this normal? I wired up the two ports on the little plug under the dash, and can see the rpms drop when I hit the switch. I know the car is shifting into fourth. Doing about 110 mph I'm at 4k rpms. The drivetrain is stock from a 91 305tbi.

The lockup part of the trans will only drop the rpms a couple hundred RPM it 's a normal condition .. The Tacks in the cars aren't too accurate so I wouldent worry too much..
