Will A turbo 350 tranny bolt up to a 2.8 v6?

I don't think even one of those will.

"Universal" in that case means it has both the BOP V8 and the Chevy L6/V8 patterns. AFAIK no 350 was ever made that has the 60° 6-cyl pattern.

I'd thought that there was, although I'm probably thinking of the L6, not the V6.

The 350 will fit the 4.3 and that other one they had for a short while that was 6/8 of a 305; but those are 90°, not 60°.
