Just rebuilt the Transmission and made shift kit.. one question, valve body has all working valves in it, but issue is.. you take it in Drive it starts out as 2nd gear, then tried dropping it down to L1 .. well it acts like theres a huge drag to it like theres another gear being applied to it like Reverse til you pop it into L2 it shifts hard (not very hard but harder than normal..).. so i pulled valve body apart and thinking it was the gaskets that weren't right for it but they are right and re checked all the valves to make sure they move and they do. could this be possibility that i have maybe put the check ball in the wrong port? and is there diagram of what port the single ball should be at?
