changing from 323 to 342

would changing from 323 to 342 gears be worth the money and time to do the swap? or should i just go ahead and get 373's and suck it up for the crappier gas milage

410 is too steep for my setup....using the calculation 410 would have me between gears as i cross the line at the end of the 1/4 mile marker.
