Why does my 3rd gear grind?

My car has a brand new clutch and i have the T6 tranny i think atleast thats what the guy who sold it to me siad.. every time i shift into third it grinds just a little but sometimes if i push the clutch really hard it wont. It also wont ever let me dowshift to third.. does anyone know what could be cuasing this problem?

sounds like the clutch is not fully dis-engageing . first check the fluid level for the clutch , then that the clutch pivot ball stud has not backed out . ( happened to me ) if that is not the problem , then ck. clutch arm and throw out bearing hook up . good luck
