another t56 question
look at the t56, im a lil confused how the clutch fork works compared to the t5. i know it mounted the opposited but it seem like, when u push the slave in, it will just push the fork closer to the trans? isnt push the throwout bear near the clutch?

Re: another t56 question
Push the pedal, it will push at the bottom of the fork. The fork is bolted in the middle, so the other end of of the fork moves closer to the tranny. Like a see-saw, one end goes down, the other end goes up, pinned in the middle.
The Throwought bearing will follow and move closer to the tranny as well, PULLING the clutch off the flywheel.
Hope that makes sense.
