Gear Ratio 2000 Camaro Z28

Hello,

I need a rear end to put into my 91' GTA. Does anyone know what the gear ratio is of a 2000 Camaro Z28 that I found at a junkyard nearby? I cnanot remember if it is an automatic or manual but definitely know it is a 2000 Z28.
I just want to know if it is at least a 3.23.

Thanks!

if it was a manual it will more than likely be 3.42 and if automatic it will be 2.73 or 3.23 no way of telling without pulling the cover off and looking inside.

I have not seen the rear end and will have to drive about 2 hours to get to it, so I called the junk year and they gave me the following codes: NW9 and 8PB. I know the NW9 menas traction control but does that also specify the gear ratio?

I just want to know what they gear ration is before I drive 2 hours to pick it up.

I don't show anything for 8PB but if they mis-read it I do show a 9PB code for a 1999 camaro 10 bolt 3.23 locking w/disc brakes
