master or slave cylinder....

how can i determine which one it is for sure? i've replaced the slave cylinder before but that doesn't really mean anything. has a hard time going into gear. the "throw" on the clutch pedal decreases the longer you keep your foot on the pedal. seems to work semi-fine if you shift semi-fast. any ideas?

Re: master or slave cylinder....

It could be the slave, master, or the hydraulic line. I had a pinhole in the line before and I ended up buying the entire setup from GM. It's about $130 and comes pre-bled. Just the slave/master alone is nearly half of that.
